R&B Wonen used the necessary maintenance to 28 houses in Rilland as a pilot project to involve the residents much closer in the renovation. The development of a choice matrix enabled the residents to make choices in terms of quality of living and streetscape. The vital cohesion of the houses and the public space was arranged by Space Value.
